The Southern California Data Management Group (SCDM) event, is scheduled on
Thursday December 13th, 2018 from 8:00am until 2:30pm.

Our member presentations will be covering topics focused on Digital Transformation, addressing areas such as Analytics and AI Roadmap’s leveraging SAP and Azure, implementing SAP S/4 to provide detailed company wide analytics, and approaches to achieving an effective Master Data Governance process.

SCDM is a vendor neutral event and provides a platform for our members to share Leading Practices, and network with industry piers.

The event is being hosted by Sony Pictures, located at 10202 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232.

Currently Ramesh leads and manages a distributed team that’s responsible for data platforms, data governance, various analytic solutions and search-based applications

Mukesh Patel

Mukesh has over 20 years of executive leadership experience with multi-faceted expertise in leading information technology organizations, implementation of complex business strategies by leveraging technology solutions. Mukesh is currently working in a business group of 5k+ semiconductor engineering organization to drive analytics, data management strategies and solutions with product ownership mandate.

Alex Shterenberg

VP of Business Intelligence, Viacom/Paramount

With over twenty years of experience Alex specializes in architecting, designing and building data platforms both on-premise and in the cloud, as well as the hybrid scenarios. Alex has strong experience building multi-petabyte size data warehouses and data lakes. He is a proven data technology leader, across BI and database development, DevOps and DBA teams.

Anish Kantawala

Vice President, SAP Portfolio Sony Pictures Entertainment

A seasoned executive with extensive experience in media, entertainment and manufacturing industries. Anish has demonstrated expertise in the areas of IT systems management, value engineering, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (on premise large ERPs and SaaS systems). He has effectively partnered with senior business executives, vendor partners and teams to foster culture of innovations and implementing business strategy.

David Hafford

Director Business Intelligence Architecture Becton Dickenson

With over twenty five years of datawarehouse, analytics and master data management experience, David’s industry experience includes FDA-regulated healthcare and medical device manufacturing as well as consumer goods manufacturing in multiple Fortune 500 corporations.David is experienced in program management, organizational design, technology standardization, governance, and implementations.
